Keeping It Human

No Automation. Just Humans.

You're about to book a consultation. There's no calendar automation, no AI scheduling bot, no CRM pipeline. Just me, reading your message, and responding personally.

IMPORTANT: THIS BOOKING PROCESS IS INTENTIONALLY DETAILED.

I ONLY WORK WITH SERIOUS CLIENTS WHO VALUE THEIR TIME AND MINE.

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE PAGE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST.

If I Wanted to Automate This...

(I could, but I won't. Here's why.)

The Automated Architecture (That I'm NOT Using)
Here's what a "growth-hacked" version would look like:

Frontend:

• Calendly/Cal.com embedded widget with real-time availability

• Stripe Checkout integration for instant payment capture

• Automated email sequences based on tier selection

Backend:

• Webhook listeners for payment events (Stripe → API)

• Google Calendar API for automated slot blocking

• SendGrid/Postmark for transactional email automation

• Notion/Airtable as a CRM with Zapier pipelines

The "Optimizations":

• Lead scoring based on company domain and project budget

• Automated follow-ups for abandoned bookings

• A/B testing on conversion funnels

• Analytics dashboards tracking every click and scroll

The problem? You'd become a data point in a sales funnel. Your message would trigger webhooks, not conversations.

Instead, I'm using a form. You fill it out, I read it, and I respond personally.

No automation. No CRM scoring. No "nurture sequences." Just human-to-human communication.

Why Two Tiers?

Free 15-Minute Consultation
Because trust is earned, not purchased

Loyalty is a two-way street. You don't know me yet. Maybe you found me through a search engine, maybe someone shared my site. Either way, you're taking a chance by even considering me.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation because trust has to be earned. I want you to:

See if my communication style works for you
Get a feel for how I think about problems
Walk away with at least one useful insight, even if we never work together

No sales pitch. No pressure. Just 15 minutes of honest conversation about your problem.

What you get:

Quick assessment of your problem, immediate actionable advice, and a sense of whether we're a good fit.

Paid 1-Hour Consultation
$100/hour • Extendable • For urgent matters

Sometimes, urgency matters. Maybe you're evaluating vendors this week. Maybe production is broken. Maybe your board meeting is in 3 days and you need clarity now.

The paid tier exists for situations where time is more valuable than money. When you need:

Priority scheduling (often within 24-48 hours)
Deep-dive into architecture, code review, or strategy
Detailed technical recommendations or implementation plans
Extendable if we need more time (same hourly rate)

You're paying for my time and focused attention. I'll come prepared, and we'll make every minute count.

What you get:

Full hour of dedicated consultation, actionable deliverables, and follow-up notes summarizing our discussion.

What Happens After You Submit?

1

I Read Your Message (Personally)

No AI, no assistant, no VA. I'll read what you wrote, look at your project details, and think about how I can help.

2

I Respond Within 24 Hours

For free consultations, I'll email you with a few time slots that work.
For paid consultations, I'll send you a Stripe payment link ($100) and priority time slots.

3

We Schedule & Talk

Once we confirm a time, I'll send you a Google Meet link. We'll have a real conversation about your problem—no script, no sales deck.

4

You Decide What's Next

Maybe you'll want to work together. Maybe you won't. Either way, you'll walk away with something useful.

A note on automation: I could absolutely build the webhook-laden, CRM-powered, auto-invoicing, calendar-syncing machine described above. I've built systems like that for clients.

But for my own consulting? I'd rather keep it human.
